Boyd B. Lewis
Mr. Lewis has operated Union Dime, Inc., previously formed as Lewis & Company, since 1990. The genesis of the business was to help companies expand their international markets and business partners by relying on the large network of people that Mr. Lewis had met during his political campaign endeavors. The company’s mission is to help entrepreneurs succeed by introducing them to investment opportunities, capital, partners or acquisition targets. Some of the industries have included real estate, financial services, and clean tech. None of the investments have sold for a loss.
Prior to the establishment of his business, Mr. Lewis served as Finance Director for two presidential campaigns and two senate campaigns: Dick Gephardt and Walter Mondale for President andBob Graham and Bob Edgar for U.S. Senate. He was responsible for raising nearly $40 million for all of those campaigns. Mr. Lewis also served as a fundraiser for Floyd Fithian for U.S. Senate.
Mr. Lewis received a B.A. in Business Administration and Political Science from New England College, In addition to his work, he enjoys flying planes, (Let's Go Flying), snow skiing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and reading non-fiction.
